Becky trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and is the Founder and Artistic Director of Thrive Theatre. 

Directing credits include: It's Different for Girls (She Productions/East Riding Theatre); Macbeth (Summer on Stage programme/Royal Lyceum, Edinburgh); The Cameo (Oran Mor); It Never Ends (Traverse Theatre/Cumbernauld Theatre); Buffer (Edinburgh Fringe); The Hen Night, Like a Moth to a Flame (Royal Conservatoire of Scotland).

Becky has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company as an assistant director on Romeo and Juliet and The Hypocrite. As a previous resident Assistant Director at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh, she has worked with directors including Mark Thomson, Lu Kemp, John Dove, Amanda Gaughan and Tony Cownie.
