Set and costume designs include Hex, Three Sisters, Small Island, Mosquitoes, My Country, wonder.landBehind the Beautiful Forevers and Dara (National Theatre); Cabaret (West End and UK tour); All's Well That Ends Well (Royal Shakespeare Company), Porgy and Bess (Open Air Theatre); and See Me Now (Young Vic).

Designs for dance include The days run away like wild horses (Rambert), The King Dances (Birmingham Royal Ballet) and The Most Incredible Thing (Sadler's Wells and Charlotte Ballet).

Katrina was the production designer on the film of London Road following on from her role as set and costume designer of the National Theatre’s production.

Costume designs include The Motive and the Cue (West End and National Theatre); Tammy Faye (Almeida Theatre); 101 Dalmatians (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre); Burn (National Theatre of Scotland); The Lehman Trilogy (National Theatre, Park Avenue Armory, West End and world tour); Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (West End, Broadway, Melbourne, San Francisco, Hamburg, Toronto and Tokyo), Bend It Like Beckham (West End); wonder.land (Manchester International Festival & National Theatre); American Psycho (Almeida Theatre and Broadway) and Hamlet at the Barbican with Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role.

Designs for opera include Terry Gilliam’s productions of Damnation of Faust and Benvenuto Cellini for the English National Opera, both of which have been performed around the world; and Eugene Onegin (Royal Opera House).

Katrina won the 2008 Tony, Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Awards for Outstanding Costume Design for Les Liaisons Dangereuses on Broadway.  She was nominated for the 2015 Olivier Award for Best Costume Design for Bend It Like Beckham. She won the 2017 Olivier Award for Best Costume Design and the 2018 Tony Award for Best Costume Design of a Play for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. She is an associate artist at the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company and is a recipient of an Arts Foundation Fellowship in Costume Design.
